our signature tripe medallions are now available in a beef-free version. ground mutton, green lamb tripe and farm fresh egg blended together to create a mouth watering, high value treat that breaks up easily for training.

about the farm:

Alert Bay Farm is a small family farm located near the village of alert bay on cormorant island, bc. a multi-use farm, their aim is to provide fresh vegetables, meat, and eggs for their community, as well as provide exploration and education opportunities through the hosting of farmhouse workshops. their katahdin/dorper mix sheep are raised on pasture and fed grass or hay, dependent on season, supplemented with grain designed for pregnant or nursing ewes. This mix combines the hardiness and superior flavour of the katahdin with the greater size and growth rate of the dorper.
