stonecroft farm is a family farm located in black creek, bc. they raise a mix of heritage and non-heritage breed turkeys, berries, and organic grains. their turkeys are raised on pasture and fed a mixture of non-gmo grain and organic grains from the farm. they also operate a licensed processing facility on site, eliminating the need for stressful transportation for the birds.

storage once opened: 2-3 days on the shelf, 1-2 weeks in the fridge, indefinitely in the freezer.
